Regardless of your reasons for being referred to or electing to participate in mediation, all parties should attend with an open mind and with a list of possible solutions to resolve the dispute.

The Mediation Center of Greater Green Bay provides private mediation services upon request if it is determined the case is appropriate for mediation. A nonrefundable payment of $150 is required prior to scheduling the mediation to cover time (not to exceed two hours) and expenses related to preparation for the session.  If an additional mediation is needed, $150 will again be charged to facilitate the mediation and due prior to scheduling.
